Overview

The Gerson Group serves as a strategic partner and provides corporate development services to a select group of clients. The firm provides market intelligence, access to professionals, and strategic advice on business development and human capital. The team has decades of experience advising clients in senior-level executive recruiting, compensation, strategic acquisitions, capital raising, industry alliances, and other corporate development and consulting projects.

The firm was founded in 2005 by Russ Gerson and a majority of the team from A.T. Kearney Executive Search’s Financial Services Practice. Mr. Gerson formed the firm to provide a strategic creative corporate development solutions to clients and professionals.
