Maureen A. Brille
Managing Director
Maureen Brille has 19 years of experience on Wall Street,
including six years in executive search. Prior to founding
the Gerson Group, she worked at A.T. Kearney Executive
Search and Egon Zehnder International, where she specialized
in alternative asset management, private equity, private
wealth management, and investment banking.
Prior to executive search, Ms. Brille was Head of
Proprietary Funds at Wit Capital/Soundview Technology,
where she structured and raised their first venture
capital fund. Previously, Ms. Brille was a Client Advisor
in Private Wealth Management at JP Morgan. Ms. Brille
began her career at Chemical Bank where she acted as
both principal and agent on mergers and acquisitions,
management buyouts, and growth capital investments.
Ms. Brille has an MBA from the College of William and
Mary and a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois.
