Russ Gerson is a leader in the executive recruiting profession. He has more than 20 years of executive recruiting and consulting experience and has completed nearly 500 assignments for a broad range of clients. He has advised and led recruitment initiatives for numerous premier institutions. Prior to launching The Gerson Group, he founded A.T. Kearney Executive Search’s Global Financial Markets Practice and the United States operations of a leading London based specialty firm.
Prior to his career in executive search, Mr. Gerson worked for J. Henry Schroder Bank, and the investment banking firm of Drexel Burnham Lambert. He also served as President of AIESEC-United States, a global university student business exchange and training program.
He attended the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business Administration’s Undergraduate Business School.
