Rachel S. Schultz
Rachel Schultz has ten years of experience recruiting on Wall Street. Prior to joining The Gerson Group as a founding member in November of 2005, she began her executive search career at A.T. Kearney as a Consultant within the Financial Services Practice. Previously, Ms. Schultz was a Senior Recruiter at Lehman Brothers for the Investment Banking Analyst Program responsible for lateral and campus recruiting. She began her career in the Human Resources department of Bear Stearns’ recruiting for the Investment Banking, Equity Research and Private Client Services divisions.
Ms. Schultz has a BS from the University of Maryland in Business, Human Resource Management. |
